We aren’t just the retailer. FANCI bespoke fine jewellery is involved in every single part of the process of creating and selling fine jewellery. We manufacture each and every item in our studio, giving us complete control over the quality, while also providing us with the versatility to give the client exactly what they want.
With a combined experience of over 100 years, we have an expert in each aspect of the process, from an Antwerp trained Diamond Microsetter to set each diamond perfectly under a microscope, to a highly skilled Bench Jeweller who has over 30 years of experience dedicated to polishing and mounting every piece. This, together with our seamless purchasing process crafted over the last 20 years, means we excel on the one thing that matters, ensuring that our customers have the best experience available anywhere.
The Purchasing Process
Our ready to wear line is available to view both in-house in our retails store, as well as online.
Our bespoke jewellery has a concierge process whereby you meet with a member of the team to discuss your requirements. Once the initial discussion designs are agreed, our highly skilled CAD Technicians design each piece before it is made into a 3d printed version for final sign off and/or changes. As soon as the final version is agreed, it is cast and prepared for assembly, polish and setting by our Antwerp trained Diamond Microsetter. He makes sure every single claw is perfect as only someone with years of microsetting experience can do. The item of jewellery is then checked again by the team before it leaves our workshop.

Quality Control Process
All items, whether a piece of bespoke jewellery, our ready to wear jewellery, or items from our corporate jewellery lines, are vigorously checked before they leave the studio, and our design process ensures that all items are made to the exact specification of the client wishes each and every time.
